Located in a historic Charlotte neighborhood, The Enclave at Enderly Park is a new home neighborhood just minutes from Uptown Charlotte. The neighborhood features five custom home options from Kingdom Development Partners. This project was completed in partnership with Highgarden Real Estate and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.

The Objective
Highgarden Real Estate in partnership with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation required a website for a new home community being developed by Kingdom Development Partners just outside of Uptown Charlotte. The primary goal of the project was to provide a resource for prospective home buyers to learn about this new, exciting community by offering homesite maps, floor plan specs, and the ability to generate leads directly from the website.
The Solution
Promerix designed and developed a brand new website for The Enclave at Enderly Park that provides prospective home buyers a detailed look into this brand new community and the five floor models available to be built. The responsive website is powered by Promerix Admin, our customized content management system, allowing for easy management and maintainance.
