We start by learning everything we can about your business, your customers, and your objectives so that we can better define what success looks like to you. Deliverables may include usability testing and analytical reviewing of your current website along with analysis of other websites in your industry to determine best practices.
We next define the project to create a comprehensive plan for achieving your goals. Our deliverables may include site architecture, wireframes, content strategy, organic SEO strategy, and user personas of your visitors.
We work with you to create a visually compelling design that integrates and enhances your brand while attracting visitors to engage more deeply with you through your site. We will present mood boards, initial designs, and final designs while gathering feedback at each step.
Now we integrate all of the different components – site architecture, custom functionality, content manager, copy, online marketing strategy, and design – and create your finished site. We will also train you on how to use your content manager to empower you to control the content on your site.
Last but not least, we thoroughly test your new site for user experience issues, technical glitches, and copy errors before launching it to the world. All of our work is covered by warranty for 90 days from launch, and we will remain with you to plan for ongoing improvements and analysis of your website.

Most companies are not familiar with the ins-and-outs of designing a website or web application. Below you'll find some of the more frequently asked questions we get. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact us today and we'll be glad to assist you.
Since every web design and web development project is unique with different sets of deliverables, Promerix estimates lead times on a case-by-case basis. Some projects can be completed within a week while others may take a few months. If your company has a strict deadline, we'd be more than happy to work with you to achieve it. All development times will be clearly stated in our Project Proposals and Client Service Agreements.
Estimating the cost of a web design or web development project is also done on a case-by-case basis. Once we complete the discovery phase of your project, we'll be able to provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines your project along with a quote for how much it will cost. Typical websites we design and develop start at $5,000+ while larger and more complex projects can be well into five figures.
Promerix has successfully completed hundreds of projects over the past decade. In most situations we meet with our clients before, during, and after a project. However, we've also have a great track record in completing projects in which we never met with the client in person. Much of what we do can be easily accomplished through web conferencing, email, telephone, and utilizing team collaboration software like Slack.
Typically, our clients provide us will all content, photos, and other media they want included on their website. However, we realize that this may be a daunting task for some companies. If required, Promerix can provide copywriting services as well as referrals to photographers and production companies we've worked with in the past.
Promerix offers two ways for companies looking to take control of their website. For companies that prefer to handle updates on their own, Promerix can install our customized Promerix Admin content management system. For companies that prefer to have us manage their website, we also offer website maintenance services.
Yes! We place great emphasis in search engine optimization when we design and develop websites. Additionally, our content management system was designed to be very search engine friendly. We know it's not only important to have a great website, it's also very important to generate traffic.
Unlike many other web development agencies, Promerix gives you full control and ownership of your website after project sign-off and final payment. These terms will be clearly stated in our client services agreement.
Unlike a lot of our competitors, we do not charge you hidden or monthly fees to manage your website with our customized content management system.
